Cleanup: remove BLE scanner, rename 10-OBD-Display-2024 to 10-GIF-Tests

- 11-BLE-Scanner removed; its car-test log moved to 12-OBD-Speed/docs
- 10-OBD-Display-2024 -> 10-GIF-Tests (GIF playback experiments)
- the broken LVGL 9 archive was already deleted (unintentionally) in d6982ab
- READMEs and CLAUDE.md references updated; visual check of 80 MHz QSPI /
  RGB565_SWAPPED marked as confirmed

+GIF playback experiments on the JC3636W518 (originally part of the 2024 OBD display attempt; renamed 2026-10-23).
+Used to find the fastest GIF setup — results are in `../shared/README.md` and `../CLAUDE.md`.

+## Notes
+- `display_gif_embedded/src/montserrat_100.c` (100 px digits font, 1 bpp) is present but not used.
+- `display_gif_sd` returns early in `setup()` if the SD card fails to mount (black screen).
